Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. lime juice
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni as the package directs, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, vegetable oil, prepared mustard, onion salt, and celery seed; mix well.
  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni, cubed ham, and finely chopped green pepper.
  4. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved green pepper.
