Krispy Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks soft butter
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. soft shredded cheese (Cheddar)
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Mix well the flour, butter, cayenne pepper, salt and cheese. Add Rice Krispies; mix gently but well.
  2. Roll in 1/2-inch balls. Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly with a glass or palm of your hand.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
