Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ladyfingers
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers.
  2. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Top with any flavor pie filling and chill thoroughly before serving.
