Ingredients

  • 3 cups zucchini, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a dash of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
