Ladyfinger Dessert Ring

A creamy ladyfinger dessert ring layered with fluffy cream cheese mixture and topped with fresh fruit, perfect for elegant gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • fruit (enough to top)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 pkg. ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and mix with electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Line the sides and bottom of a spring-form pan with ladyfingers.
  3. Add half the cream cheese mixture, then add a layer of remaining ladyfingers.
  4. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  6. Serve topped with your favorite fruit.
