Instructions
- Saute chops in butter.
- Add onions and garlic.
- Add plum tomatoes and season; cook for 1/2 hour.
- Then add potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Then add string beans.
- Cook until done (15 minutes or so).
- Serve with Italian bread and a green salad.
