Ingredients

  • 4 shoulder lamb chops (1/4-inch thick)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Arrange the lamb chops in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine the melted butter, chopped parsley, and chopped chives; mix well.
  4. Pour the herb butter mixture over the lamb chops.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
