Ingredients

  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 jar Grey Poupon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash leg of lamb.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for 1 hour before cooking and allow to stand.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°.
  4. Combine ingredients and baste leg of lamb throughout cooking.
