Ingredients

  • 7 c. cucumbers, sliced (not peeled)
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt (plain)
  • 1 c. diced green peppers

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and keep in refrigerator.
  3. Let set for 10 days.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
