Ingredients

  • 1 boneless leg lamb cut in large pieces
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 4 whole cloves garlic
  • 4 filets of anchovies
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 whole orange in wedges
  • 1 cup green olives

Instructions

  1. Brown lamb in batches. Add onions to pan and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook covered 300 F until tender about 3 hours. Remove lid and reduce sauce over med heat.serve with polenta.
