Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans yellow cream-style corn

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, salt, sugar, cornstarch, and milk with an electric beater.
  2. Add the yellow cream-style corn and continue to mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with dots of butter.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 to 45 minutes until set when shaken and lightly browned on top.
