Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the plain yogurt and water together in a pitcher.
  2. Add ice cubes to the mixture.
  3. For a saltish lassi, add salt to taste.
  4. For a sweetish lassi, add sugar to taste.
  5. Stir well and serve chilled.
