Ingredients

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon tartaric acid
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 quarts cold water
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 1 quart ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine the juice of lemon and orange, sugar, tartaric acid, and boiling water in a container.
  2. Allow the mixture to stand for 24 hours.
  3. Add cold water and grape juice to the mixture.
  4. Pour the punch into a punch bowl.
  5. Add ginger ale just before serving.
