Laws Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef ⓘ
- 1 lb pork sausage ⓘ
- 27 ounces baked beans with molasses ⓘ
- 27 ounces pinto beans in chili sauce ⓘ
- 7 ounces diced tomatoes with mild green chilies ⓘ
- 6 ounces tomato paste ⓘ
- 1 yellow onion ⓘ
- 1 red onion ⓘ
- 1 12 teaspoons cumin ⓘ
- 2 12 tablespoons chili powder ⓘ
- 1 12 teaspoons black pepper ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 2 cups water ⓘ
Instructions
- In a skillet brown beef and sausage drain good.
- In a pot combine the rest of the ingredients be sure and dice the onions, bring to a boil.
- reduce heat add the meat and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
- very good sprinkled with cheddar cheese.
