- Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
- Add pineapple juice and drained crushed pineapple.
- Chill until firm.
- Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
- Add 3/4 cup cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
- Place the lemon gelatin in a bowl in larger bowl of ice and water.
- Whip the lemon gelatin until fluffy and thick.
- Gradually add whipped cream to the cream cheese and whip until thick and smooth.
- Fold the cheese mixture into the whipped lemon gelatin mixture.
- Pour over the firm lime-pineapple layer.
- Chill until firm before serving.
