Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 3/4 cup canned pineapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
  2. Add pineapple juice and drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Chill until firm.
  4. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
  5. Add 3/4 cup cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
  6. Place the lemon gelatin in a bowl in larger bowl of ice and water.
  7. Whip the lemon gelatin until fluffy and thick.
  8. Gradually add whipped cream to the cream cheese and whip until thick and smooth.
  9. Fold the cheese mixture into the whipped lemon gelatin mixture.
  10. Pour over the firm lime-pineapple layer.
  11. Chill until firm before serving.
