Layered Shrimp Spread
Ingredients
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a serving dish (quiche-size).
- Brush with half of the cocktail sauce.
- Layer shrimp on top of cream cheese and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer with rest of the cocktail sauce, green pepper, onions and olives.
- Top with Mozzarella.
- Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and chill.
- Serve with crackers or cocktail pumpernickel.
