Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. bag taco flavored Doritos
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Crush the Doritos in a 9 x 13-inch sprayed pan.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the browned and drained ground beef; set aside.
  3. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the crushed chips.
  4. Layer the seasoned meat mixture on top of the cheese.
  5. Spread sour cream over the meat layer.
  6. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, or other toppings before serving.
