  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in a roaster or casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the meat.
  3. Add the mushroom soup and water to the dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 325°F until tender, approximately 45 minutes per pound.
  5. Serve with the gravy that has formed.
