Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. bacon pieces
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can yellow butter lima beans, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in the bacon drippings.
  3. Mix the cooked bacon and beef with all other ingredients in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
