Ingredients

  • fresh or frozen fruit such as blackberries, blueberries, peaches, cherries, apples or strawberries
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl.
  2. Melt the margarine in a pan in the oven.
  3. Place the fruit in the pan with the melted margarine.
  4. Pour the batter mixture over the fruit.
