Ingredients

  • 16 oz. peach halves in heavy syrup
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 scoops self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • vanilla (a touch)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Mix the self-rising flour, sugar, and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the heavy syrup from the peach halves and stir.
  4. Gently fold in the peach halves into the mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
