Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Burgundy wine
  • 1 package dry onion soup

Instructions

  1. Place stew meat in a covered casserole.
  2. Mix mushroom soup, Burgundy wine, and dry onion soup, then pour over meat.
  3. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
