Ingredients

  • 1 gal. green tomatoes
  • 2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. hot pepper
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar (apple cider)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop all vegetables.
  2. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the chopped vegetables.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Pack the hot relish into sterilized jars and seal.
