Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Boil milk with the butter and salt.
  2. Add the flour all at once and mix well.
  3. Cool the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces.
  5. Roll each piece out paper thin.
  6. Cook on an ungreased griddle, flipping once, until browned in spots.
