- Saute onions & garlic. Add basil & cayenne. Add bouillon with cream which you've heated in microwave to avoid curdling. Add leftover chicken & 1/2 parmesan. Add most of spinach & mix together. Add remaining parmesan then spinach & combine. Bon Apetit!
