Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod
  • 1 tablespoon coconut (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to broil.
  2. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets on pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly over fish. Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat for 5-8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
