Ingredients

  • juice of 4 lemons
  • 1 (14 oz.) can fat-free Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice with Eagle Brand condensed milk and sugar.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Add angel food cake and mix well.
  4. Garnish with grated lemon or lemon slices.
  5. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
