Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. dried dill
  • 3 lb. chicken pieces

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and dried dill in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces in a suitable bowl for marinating.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
  4. Preheat grill over medium-hot coals.
  5. Grill the chicken, brushing with marinade to keep it moist, until fully cooked.
