Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets (cod, flounder, salmon)
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together salad dressing, lemon juice, dill weed, grated lemon peel, and milk to create the sauce.
  2. Place fish fillets on a greased grill or broiler pan rack.
  3. Brush the fish with half of the sauce.
  4. Grill or broil the fish for approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
  5. Turn the fish over and brush with the remaining sauce.
  6. Continue cooking for another 5 to 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the fish with rice pilaf and fresh dill carrots.
