- Mix together salad dressing, lemon juice, dill weed, grated lemon peel, and milk to create the sauce.
- Place fish fillets on a greased grill or broiler pan rack.
- Brush the fish with half of the sauce.
- Grill or broil the fish for approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
- Turn the fish over and brush with the remaining sauce.
- Continue cooking for another 5 to 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
