Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Combine flaked tuna, frozen peas, diced celery, chopped hard-cooked eggs, cooked macaroni, diced onion, and sliced olives in a large bowl.
  2. Blend Miracle Whip and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss lightly to coat evenly.
  4. Add more salad dressing if necessary to suit your taste.
  5. Chill thoroughly before serving.
