Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 pounds chopped, boiled shrimp or 2 cans broken shrimp
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 envelopes Knox gelatine

Instructions

  1. Boil the tomato soup.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir until well blended.
  3. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped, boiled shrimp or broken shrimp, mayonnaise, and melted gelatine mixture.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-greased mold.
  6. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve with crackers.
