Lemon Grass Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce lemongrass, chopped
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 15 cilantro leaves
  • 2 ounces garlic
  • 4 ounces red fresno bell peppers, seeded
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup distilled vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the lemongrass sauce ingredients into a blender. Puree the ingredients until the garlic and lemongrass are finely chopped.
