Lemon Lace Pudding

Instructions
- Separate egg whites and yolks.
- Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar.
- Add grated rind and juice.
- Blend into the first mixture the egg yolks, flour and milk.
- Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Fold into first mixture.
- Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
- Place dish into pan of hot water in a 350° oven and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
