Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg lime Jell-O
  • 1 small pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine lime and lemon Jell-O powders in a bowl and add boiling water, then mix thoroughly.
  2. Add cottage cheese, crushed pineapple with juice, evaporated milk, and crushed walnuts to the Jell-O mixture.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set.
