Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut stew meat, roast or your favorite meat, cut into thin strips
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 whole cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. cooking oil or cooking spray of your choice

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry meat until almost done in 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Then add your remaining ingredients (2 squeezed lemons, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 sliced onion and 2 sliced cucumbers). Simmer until desired tenderness and serve over your choice of rice or mashed potatoes.
