- Stir-fry meat until almost done in 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Then add your remaining ingredients (2 squeezed lemons, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 sliced onion and 2 sliced cucumbers). Simmer until desired tenderness and serve over your choice of rice or mashed potatoes.
