Lemon Mint Tea
A refreshing lemon mint tea blended with pineapple juice and flavorings, perfect for cooling down on warm days or serving at gatherings with vibrant citrus and mint notes.

Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea bags.
- Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon slices and crushed mint leaves to the tea.
- Cover and steep for an additional 20 minutes.
- Strain the tea, discarding tea bags, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
- Combine the strained tea with the remaining 2 cups of water, pineapple juice, sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Serve the beverage over ice and garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
