- Mix the lemon cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs, and apricot nectar well until combined.
- Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let stand in cold water for about 5 minutes.
- Turn out the cake onto a plate while still warm.
- Glaze the cake with a mixture of 1 cup powdered sugar and lemon juice.
