Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
  • chopped parsley
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo then combine liquid ingredients with orzo.
  2. Sprinkle with pine nuts and parsley and cheese.
