Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
  4. While still hot, poke holes 1 inch apart with a fork.
  5. Dribble the top of the cake with juice of 2 lemons and 2 cups powdered sugar mixed until smooth.
