Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. pecans, crushed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped topping or Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Whip until thick and pour on cream cheese.
  2. Top with whipped cream, if you wish.
