  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or cookie sheet.
  2. Mix all cake ingredients together.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or 20 minutes if using a cookie sheet.
