Lemon Raisin Spread

Instructions
- In saucepan, mix together sugar, egg, lemon juice and lemon rind.
- Cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Add mayonnaise, pecans and raisins.
- Chill well.
- Serve with Ritz or other crackers.
- Will serve about 20 and will keep several days in refrigerator.
