Ingredients

  • 1 sq. oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix oleo and flour as for pie crust.
  2. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
  3. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake about 15 minutes in 350° oven.
  5. Cool.
