Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes until the center springs back when lightly touched.
  4. Mix 1/2 cup of lemon juice with 1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar to make the glaze.
  5. Pour the glaze over the cake while it is still in the pan.
  6. Let the cake cool thoroughly before removing from the pan.
