Lemony Steak

- Trim excess fat from steaks; slash edges to prevent curling. Pat dry with paper towel.
- In large skillet, combine oil, butter, mustard, garlic and black pepper.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Saute steaks in the seasoned butter for 4 or 5 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm.
- Add lemon and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steaks and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
