Ingredients

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Beat together powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between the two graham cracker crusts, spreading it out smoothly.
  4. Top each cheesecake with cherry pie filling from the can.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the cherry filling.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
