Lettuce rolls are fresh, savory bites filled with cold cuts, mustard, and tomato, perfect for quick snacks or light lunches, offering crisp textures and bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • lettuce
  • Mortadella salami or any other cold cut
  • Dijon mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry lettuce leaves.
  2. Butter lettuce leaves and spread mayonnaise on the inside of each leaf.
  3. Add a couple of slices of salami or cold cuts onto the lettuce.
  4. Spread mustard over the salami slices.
  5. Add sliced tomato and pepper if desired.
  6. Roll up the lettuce leaves like a burrito and secure with a toothpick.
