- Place chicken skin side down in a nonstick skillet.
- Place the vegetables on the chicken and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
- Cook on very low heat for 35 minutes until chicken is brown on one side and moisture has been drawn out of vegetables (use no oil).
- Turn chicken over and cook over low heat for another 35 minutes.
- Do not cover skillet during cooking.
- Mushrooms may be added during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
