- In a small saucepan, stir 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and gelatin until well blended.
- Stir in water.
- Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour half the hot sugar mixture into the beaten eggs.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour the egg mixture into the remaining hot sugar mixture; stir until blended.
- Reduce heat very low.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to bubble at edges.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in frozen lemonade concentrate.
- Cover and chill until firm (overnight).
- Blend the remaining sugar and fresh raspberries.
- Garnish the custard with the blended berries.
