Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Make Jell-O with the hot water and cold water; add juice from pineapple.
  2. Refrigerate until it congeals.
  3. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the cooled Jell-O.
  4. Add crushed pineapple and sugar, mixing well.
  5. Pour into a large bowl or mold and refrigerate until set before serving.
